The holidays are around the corner and nearly everyone is imagining themselves flaunting their beautiful summer bodies by the beach with their loved ones.
You’re there, still wondering if by then you will have gained that “perfect’ body to flaunt. All I can say is, it is possible. Where there is a will there is a way. Just remember fitness is a journey and slow progress is still progress.
Mark you, all you have to do is be disciplined to the course and maintain focus for your goal(s). It is not too late to start. Two months is sufficient time to lose at least some percentage of that belly fat and/or the love handles. “My friend says there’s nothing lovely about the handles”. Haha!
Determination comes in handy as well. Act today or better yet, NOW. Don’t slack. Hit the gym, commit and see results.
